Refund/Cancellation Policies

Candidates are required to pay the FULL cost of testing upon registration. Candidates wishing to cancel an appointment must do so at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Candidates will be charged a $50 administration fee for cancelled appointments.

Candidates cancelling within 48 hours of their appointment will not receive a refund. Please do not book your appointment until you are sure of your personal and professional schedules.

Changing Appointments

Candidates wishing to change appointments will be charged an administration fee of $50.

Re-imbursment policy

If you have a valid CPAT certificate from BROCK and you are required by a department to retest, upon successful completion you will be re-imbursed $60.

CPAT Second Attempt Policy

Candidates that are unsuccessful in their 1st CPAT attempt are permitted to a second attempt for a cost of $100 on the same day only.

Additional Certifications

Additional certificates can be ordered for a cost of $10.00. Please email us with your request and mailing address.

Please note:

  • Clinical test: - Valid for 6 months
  • CPAT: - Valid for 1 year
  • Aptitude exam: - Valid for 6 months
  • Medical exam: - Valid for 1 year
  • Swim test: - Valid for 1 year
  • Acrophobia test: - Valid for 1 year

Re-testing

Those candidates who have recently failed testing and are interested in scheduling a new testing appointment are strongly recommended to wait up to 6 WEEKS before re-booking in order to better prepare and increase their chances for success.
